Ultra Naciente was born in 1985 in the Naciente stand of the Estadio Insular, the year of Las Palmas's promotion to Primera, as one of its founders recalled to Canarias7 in 2026. The stand had been called Naciente since the 1940s, and the group kept that name when it moved to the Estadio de Gran Canaria.

2010–2015: anniversaries and activities off the pitch

The group celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2010 with a five-a-side tournament at the Jesús Telo sports centre in La Isleta, and in December 2011 organised a toy collection next to the Naciente entrance before a match against Deportivo. In August 2015, with the team back in Primera, it published a statement to members and sympathisers celebrating its thirty years and announcing commemorative material.
