Documented history
Comandos Azules: the Getafe ultra group since 1994
According to the history published by the group itself in 2019, Comandos Azules emerged in the 1993–1994 season, after the split of Brigadas Azules de Getafe, from a core of young people in the north stand of Las Margaritas who called themselves Peña Sarampión. The group's banner was first hung on 8 May 1994, the date on which it celebrates its anniversary, with a declared aim: to cheer Getafe on and defend its crest.
1994–1997: Las Margaritas
According to its own account, the group formed weeks before Getafe's promotion to Segunda in 1994. In the 1994–1995 season it created its first sections, made flags and banners and began to travel. In 1996–1997, with the team in Segunda B, it came close to disappearing, and the collapse of Las Margaritas buried almost all of its material.

The group recalls the «SEGUIMOS VIVOS» (“WE ARE STILL ALIVE”) tifo at the 2007 Copa semi-final and its presence at the final in the Bernabéu. The following year it accompanied Getafe in the UEFA Cup and, for the Copa final at the Calderón, prepared its biggest tifo: three large flags of more than twenty metres. That same season, according to the group, its relations with the club broke down. Its history also mentions good relations with Legiones Sur, of Mérida, and Komando Atlético Marbella, and enmity with Boys Leganés.
