Los Guerreros in 30 seconds
Los Guerreros is the barra brava of Rosario Central, the organised group among the canalla supporters, distinct from the fan base as a whole at the Gigante de Arroyito. La Capital notes that it has been known by that name for some 25 years; Perfil and Aire de Santa Fe report that in the nineties the «Pillines» displaced the «Chaperos» and that their boss had run the stand since 1999. That boss was arrested in 2023 in an unlawful association case and was murdered on 9 November 2024; Infobae links the double homicide to a drug-trafficking gang.

Documented history
Los Guerreros, Rosario Central's barra brava: history
Los Guerreros is the name of Rosario Central's barra brava. It does not designate the club's thousands of members and supporters, but the organised group at the main paravalanchas of the Gigante de Arroyito. The press makes it possible to reconstruct a dispute in the nineties between two factions, a leadership that Perfil estimates at 25 years, that boss's arrest in 2023 for unlawful association and extortion, and the double homicide of November 2024.
The nineties: Chaperos against Pillines
According to Perfil 442 (November 2024), a leader of the barra «ousted from the stand the Bustos brothers, “Los Chaperos”». Aire de Santa Fe says that «the “Pillines” managed to prevail» in that dispute and places its new boss at the head of the group «since 1999». The two outlets do not agree on how they identify the leader of the Chaperos, and that difference is not resolved in the sources.

Perfil 442 describes Andrés «Pillín» Bracamonte as «the capo of Los Guerreros for 25 years» and records attacks in 2002 and 2006 and cases for threats, money laundering and extortion. The same outlet says he was deported from South Africa when he was about to join the «Hinchadas Unidas» at the 2010 World Cup. Aire de Santa Fe, cited by Perfil, states that he wove connections with «police officers, lawyers, people in the judiciary and politics»; this is an attribution by the outlet, not a court conclusion.

Perfil 442 indicates that this boss had been kept out of grounds since 2018 by an admission ban. La Capital (30 November 2023, by Leo Graciarena) reported his arrest, together with the secretary general of UOCRA Rosario, in an unlawful association and extortion case. The newspaper reports that the relationship between the barra and UOCRA «can be traced back several years», according to the prosecutors' investigation. An arrest and an accusation are not equivalent to a conviction.

Noticias NQN reported on 10 November 2024 that the barra's historic boss and his companion were shot dead on the night of 9 November, near the stadium, after the match against San Lorenzo. Infobae (13 March 2025) says there were two arrests in raids over the crime and that the investigation points to the alleged drug-trafficking gang Los Menores, «named as a possible culprit in the double homicide». No final conviction has been reported.

Montevideo Portal (22 August 2025, by Gonzalo De León) reports that, as before every derby, Los Guerreros released a video aimed at Newell's, this time with fire instead of the machetes of another video from February, a clown with a doll in the rival shirt that ends up burned and three drums forming a «+20», referring to the 20 derbies won by Central. It is a practice of provoking the rival described by the outlet; it is not equivalent to the behaviour of the fan base as a whole.
