Documented history

Brigadas Blanquiverdes: the Córdoba ultra group since 1993

20minutos and Cordópolis place the creation of Brigadas Blanquiverdes in 1993, the same year that appears in the name of its archive, Brigadas 1993 Blanquiverdes, and on its social media account. That archive gathers match and away-trip reports and stand material, such as the flags for its fifteenth anniversary. None of the sources consulted identifies its founders or the place of its first meeting.

2016: protest over Fondo Norte prices

In February 2016 the group published a statement against Córdoba CF's decision to sell tickets for Sector 7 of the Fondo Norte more cheaply than those for the rest of the stadium for the match against Osasuna. Brigadas, which occupied the opposite end, spoke of a «comparative grievance» between the two animation sectors, according to Cordópolis.

2023: a march to La Rosaleda

In November 2023 Cordópolis reported a march to La Rosaleda called by Brigadas Blanquiverdes on its social media before Córdoba's match against Málaga, setting off from the San Miguel park, and the group's appeal to other Córdoba fans travelling to the match.

2024: the animation stand at El Arcángel

With Córdoba's return to Segunda in 2024, the club created an animation stand led for the most part by Brigadas Blanquiverdes, joined by fans from the Grada Córdoba 1954. The club installed gates in the corridors so that no other season-ticket holder could enter, and at the debut at El Arcángel, at the end of August 2024, the stand stopped cheering during the second half in protest, according to Cordópolis.

2025–2026: chant proceedings and protests

LaLiga reports collected by Cordópolis place the group in the Fondo Sur, central lower stand, and in November 2025 singled it out as the main source of offensive chants, in the sixth proceeding opened against the club that season. In March 2026, after six defeats in a row, several dozen fans, a good part of them from Brigadas, waited for the squad outside the stadium; Cordópolis recalled that some of them had been sanctioned by the club itself.

Ideology and identity · Brigadas Blanquiverdes

In its December 2014 overview of Spanish ultra groups, 20minutos classified Brigadas Blanquiverdes with the ideology «far right» and noted that it had not been involved in major incidents, although it had had some confrontation with groups from the region. No political self-definition by the group and no later attribution has been located; the label corresponds to that date and to the collective, not to Córdoba's supporters as a whole.
