Documented history
Alcorazados: SD Huesca's animation group since 2009
Alcorazados is SD Huesca's animation group. By its own account, it was formed in May 2009, when several members met at the last matches of the 2008-09 season, and was legally constituted as an association in June. The club's directory of peñas also dates it to 2009.
2009: the group is born
By its own account, Alcorazados was formed in May 2009 when several members met at the last matches of the 2008-09 season and concluded that El Alcoraz needed an animation group; it was constituted as an association with the DGA and officially with SD Huesca in June. It says its first match was a pre-season friendly against Osasuna and its first league match was against UD Las Palmas, making its debut in the north end: according to the group, members of that section who did not accept cheering on their feet had it removed and escorted to the south end.

The group says that in 2010-11 it presented the club with a project to lower season-ticket prices and promote a youth stand, which was turned down «without further explanation», and that since then it has denounced members being sanctioned and banners being removed. In 2013-14 it says the club forced it to change end by cutting the away end price by 50 euros. On 18 May 2014, in Huesca–Tudelano, it turned its back on the pitch with the banner «more humility, more values». According to the group, the club lowered season-ticket prices in 2014-15 after almost five years of protests. These are the collective's versions; SD Huesca does not comment on them in the sources found.
